    • We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. 
  • Where do you ship?
    • We are currently shipping within New Zealand and to Australia. All orders ship via third party courier service provider. The shipping charges will automatically be calculated at the checkout. If you are interested to buy our products but your destination is not shown on the list, please email us at info@ladycarcarcollection.com
  • Where do you ship from?
    • All orders will be dispatched from our facilities located in New Zealand. 
  • When will my order ship?
    • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information. 
  • Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
    • You can modify your order before it enters the production process. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.  
  • What do I do if I receive a defective order?
    • We perform quality checking on every single item we ship before it is dipatched. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • What if I have a question about my order?

  • What are the shipping costs?
    • Shipping charges vary depending on size and weight of the items purchase. They are automatically calculated at checkout. 
  • How long will my order take? 
    • All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. Our Car Seat Covers and Car Front Floor Mats products are made-to-order items. Every single item is printed, handcrafted, packaged and shipped from our facility just for your order. Please be kindly informed that it will take a little time to print and handle before shipping. You'll receive a notification email when your order is shipped. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information. 
  • Do you offer gift packaging and gift messaging?
    • Yes, we offer gift packaging and gift card messaging. 
  • I love your products. Does Lady CarCar Collection sell wholesale?
